The team at Lake Holiday gets 5 stars. Drove 700 miles round trip to buy a used boat that I found online! I had never dealt with this company prior. I read their online reviews and they lived up the the expectation! Parker, the GM, was great! Trustworthy and easy to deal with. The guys in the shop even went out of their way to help on some smaller service items! Just proof that the entire team believes in the owner and the culture! Highly recommended!
I purchased my first ever boat from Parker at one of the winter shows. I had no place to park the boat initially. Lake Holiday offered to not only keep the boat for me until the weather broke, but took me out on Holiday Lake to show me how to handle the boat and some of the nuances and safety features. I'm Since getting the boat home, I've had a couple of learning curve questions. Parker has been great, AND very patient. When I had a problem with the battery, Greg the service manager replaced it, a couple of tie downs on the cover, plus the winch which was slightly bent. All as part of the warranty and all in a really timely manner. All the folks I've dealt with at Lake Holiday Marina are absolutely super, easy going and no-pressure folks. I can't say enough good things about Lake Holiday Marina and the folks that work there.

I had a question regarding winterizing on an outboard motor, and looking for some feedback I decided to contact a local marina. Parker answered my email and called quickly. He answered my questions even though he really wasn't obligated to do so since it was not a boat purchased there, and it was about self-winterizing. When I do need something, it is nice to know there is a marina nearby that will be good to work with.
