I can only recommend Yoga Sol! In summer I usually take the Beach Yoga classes and it is the perfect mixture of relaxation and strengthening. I also tried out Yin Yoga and LOVED IT! Jana has the ability to adapt each class to her student's needs, she is very attentive and competent at what she does. 100% recommended!

The yoga lessons with Jana were very comfortable and appealing. Her lessons were differentiated and varied. Jana is a very friendly, professional and well organized person. Her yoga studio location is arranged esthetic and warm colored. I can totally recommend her lessons to other yoga followers. Five stars!

Ich habe bei Jana eine Stunde Yoga Unterricht genommen und war danach positiv überrascht, tolle Lehrerin sehr professionell, menschlich und kompetent. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, Jana ist ein ganz tolles Mensch.
