I went to have my hair done. I explained to them that I wanted my hair to look blonde and they did a horrible job. I’ve had blonde hair before so I know how the process goes. Paid over 300 for a service that my pervious hairstylist used to charge me half of that price. Plus, let me out of the store without even blow drying my hair or straighten them. I never been to a hair salon where they let me out of the store with my hair in such bad condition. Especially when I told them I had to go to a dinner from there. Oh yeah, also, they cut my hair much shorter than I wanted and I left the place very unhappy and don’t think I will ever go back there again. I called and told them how I feel and they didn’t even care to have me back and get my hair to my desire at no additional cost. They said if I’d like my hair to be lighter it will be another appointment with additional charge same as the first visit. Makes no sense because now my hair is also much shorter than the initial visit since they cut it super short! Very very disappointed. I don’t recommend.

I absolutely love Sona Bella! The place is kept very clean, and the people who work there are very welcoming. I go to Rosa for waxing and Veronika for my hair, and I love the work that both of them do. I’ve been a regular for a year and a half, and I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon!
