We both have serious hearing problems and Dr.Jain spent many hours listening to us, testing us, and advising us. I was 50 miles from home in the middle of a work day and I had a broken dome. My aids are from a different provider but they said come down and they helped me out. Very much appreciated, next time I need to replace my hearing aids I will see them.
