I recently drove from Nashville to purchase a car from Son's. Jose did a fantastic job of getting me into an awesome suv and even took the time to talk to my friend about her car situation. Everyone was very nice and they even had a Theater Room where kids could go in and watch a movie while waiting.Thanks for making it so easy! I'll definitely be back!

From day one of trying to get in to the body shop has been nothing but a headache. From the examiner not returning phone calls to the manger/supervisor. My vehicle was rushed to incompletion, wet from what I thought was a wash, which it wasn't washed (still has the same deer hoof print on front bumper) to unsatisfied customer. I am supposed to be inconvenienced because SONS Chevrolet failed to complete the task. My car isn’t just an investment, it’s something that I rely on every day. Getting in an accident is scary, but it’s also inconvenient to go about your day without your car. That’s why choosing where to get your car repaired is an important decision. I wanted to have my car back as quickly as possible, have the repair done correctly, hopefully they could make sure that it is safe to drive, and that the price paid for parts and labor is fair. No car owner wants to risk having collision repair done by the wrong shop. That’s why I shouldn’t have just pick the first one to pop up in the search results. USAA you may want to look into this shop before referring to anyone else. Pay attention to the reviews and not the signs of \under new management and a changed name.\ There was a reason why my supervisor told me YEARSSSSS ago when on active duty, to stay the heck away from you all when you were BILL HEARD and LEGACY!!!! I am disappointed and will NOT be back. I would rather take my vehicle to Atlanta or Auburn than to deal with unruly, unprofessional, non customer service relations having individuals. See attached photo one day after being from body shop. There were more, but I felt the need to just show how no one paid attention to this product leaving the body shop.

Went in for oil change and to get a tire patched, or replaced depending on if it could be patched or not. I was in and out quickly for the oil change and had a tire order for tomorrow. DJ Stokes was very helpful and great to work with. Would go back and recommend to others.
