Although I did not purchase a vehicle, Sales Consultant Olivia was first to assist us with a smile, and last to send us on with knowledge and confidence in Kia. Though we are a few months out from purchasing, we are undoubtedly purchasing from Sons. We were not fully set on Kia due to their history as manufacturers. Best car buying experience ever. Olivia is very knowledgeable and made the sometimes frustrating car buying experience so smooth. Everyone we talked to and dealt with was very courteous and helpful. We had such a great experience my husband bought a car the next month. We are now a proud Kia family. Highly recommend Sons Kia especially Olivia Wilkey. Ask for her, you won't be sorry!! A great place to buy a car! I walked into the building and was met with courtesy and friendliness. Within a short minute a young lady named Olivia offered to help me. She was awesome : she was friendly, had a great sense of humor, and had boundless energy. She worked with me on deciding a car to buy. I must say she was patient with me- without being condescending. I recommend people ask for her when buying a car! All of the people I met who worked there were friendly and polite. Many of the other sales agents dropped by simply to say hello and ask how I was doing. This is a major plus for this dealership! It also is a main reason for the high rating I am giving. All-in-all, I had a wonderful experience buying my 2021 Kia Telluride from this dealership!

I bought a 2020 Kia Soul from this location. Here's pictures of the outside and pictures of under the hood. Please don't throw away your money with this location. The General Manager, Service Manager and no one else ever apologized for this. I'm disgusted and disappointed with such bad service. This is a lack of professionalism and compassion. Never give trash and expect to receive treasure. It will never work out for you. I can't explain the anger I'm feeling right now. If you're considering doing business with this location here's your warning, DON'T.
