Scam. Came for 2 notary service. I asked if it's possible to get it scanned to my email, he said sure, then AFTERWARDS he rounded up service charge to 5 for something that shouldn't even cost 25 cents. After disagreement, he says \then I'm going to charge you 5 for notary.
