This is a shop with great integrity and I would 100% recommend to anybody looking for friendly, knowledgable and honest service. We will certainly be visiting Sooke Marine Centre for all of our future boat repair needs. Peter and his staff saved us from getting wrapped up with a boat purchase that have ended up costing us . Over the phone, he was very kind and informative, recommending a pre-purchase inspection to make sure everything was in good shape. As it turns out, our untrained eyes did not see the extensive degree of repairs that would be needed to make the boat sea worthy. Without Peter's help, we would have found ourselves in a very bad position. We were not even charged for the inspection as they were able to tell very quickly that the boat had serious repairs needed. Peter only asked that we come back when we find our boat; we will see him then!
