Nice gym in Sooke with 24 hr access for members. Good prices but it seems like there's no air conditioning especially in the downstairs area. Good prices for supplements as well.

I've been going to this gym for about five years. I am leaving Sooke now so my membership is ending. This gym has become a second home to me. It is easy to respect the place because the staff put so much care and respect into it themselves. The equipment is always kept clean, repaired and even painted. The staff have always been nothing but professional. Also they really stepped their game up in terms of health standards when this pandemic hit. I am honestly a little bit worried about finding a good gym, but whenever I am back in Sooke I will be visiting. Thank you Sooke Health & Fitness!
