Giving a 3 star rating for a 5 star doctor only and only because of the lady at the reception. Her dismal attitude is not just limited to phone calls, but is also present when dealing with her in person. She accused me of enquiring about details like consultation fees of the doctor and location of the clinic but not about the mode of payment , as they take only cash. Her exact words were " when you can ask about the charges and location why couldn't you ask if we take any other mode of payment other than cash". Anyway ignoring the advice the doctor just gave me about resting my ankle,I did her the favour of walking to the nearest atm with a sprained ankle to withdraw cash. On returning to the clinic,I saw that she has already packed up and left the building ,waiting for me on the road.On asking for the receipt she started cribbing about how she needs to go back up to make a receipt and complied only when I refused to hand over the cash. She is highly fed up with her life and needs to move on to a job which is a little less stressful. You can see her in the photos. The doctor is top notch and highly competent. I would recommend Dr Darius soonawalla to everyone , but if you could avoid this clinic and see him elsewhere, please do. It's worth the effort.
