Make sure you do your homework before using Capitol Buildings in Sophia, N.C. Most unprofessional, disrespectful, and untrustworthy company. They don't mind taking your deposit money but after that they are done with you. Could care less is they ever hear from you. They tell you 6-8 weeks out you will get your building. HAAAA!!!! Every time you call thereafter, the receptionist is trained to say \2 more weeks\. Yes, COVID-19 has changed our world as we knew it. COVID-19 DID NOT change the installation of buildings where you have little to no interaction with others outside of co-workers. Yes, we have had rain. That DOES NOT completely stop this type of business either. Stop making excuses for your lame coverup of offering a product that most will never see. No stars for this business.
I ordered a 24x48x9 garage. I paid my deposit and they received my contract on 10/23/20. I was told my building would be installed in 6-8 weeks. Today 1/4/21 I was told by a installation supervisor that it would be sometime in February 2021. She told me that I was one out of 200 orders to be installed. Customer service is lacking with this company. I even had my concrete poured myself to speed up the process. Please order from another company I would never buy from them again.
I would recommend not to ever do any business with this company. I paid my deposit on June 16 2020 I was told 8-10 weeks turn key my building will be finished. I finally got my concrete poured on September 16. Here it is December 18. 2020 and still no building. On October 16 I called Blue Diamond Outdoors who is the installer Doris told me 2 weeks I would have my building. I waited 4 weeks before I called Doris back she told me 2 more weeks. 4 weeks later I called her back, and she had the rudest nastiest attitude ever! She told me if I called back she would take me off the schedule. So today I call Capital Building speak with Joe I thought Doris had terrible customer service this guy here cussed me out for everything I was worth. Even thru the F bomb at me several times. On the bright side I have an awesome dance pad 24x50. I just want my building it’s been 6months since I paid my deposit and looking like it’s gonna be 6 more. After today I may never get my building and might I say Joe didn’t talk like that when he was taking money...
