Went for an MOT. They have a waiting room in order to stick around and offered me a hot drink. Great price for the MOT and work done. Well worth the trip.

I am extremely grateful to Jo and Steve for the service i received last week... They went out of their way to keep down the cost of the work needed for the MOT and managed to find alternate ways to fix an otherwise very expensive problem... I toke my car in, to check my air conditioner as it was making a really loud noise. They done the diagnostic completely wrong! The change a part that didn't need to be change as it had nothing to do with the issue of my car. Then they told me to collect the car as they said it was fixed I paid almost 600 within 5 minutes of driving the noise was still there. I called them to tell them that the issue in my car is still there, they told me to take the car back and the part that they changed was still at the garage. They also that they would refund me the money if they toke the wrong part out of my car. So I toke the car back they kept the car for another day then they called me to say the car was ready for pick up, so I picked the car up and within 5 minutes the car was still making that noise. So I called them and they said to take the car back so I went back straight away, they heard they noise they agreed there was a noise but did not offer to look at the car again or even give me a refund I asked for the part they removed of my car they said they would look for it. I called a few days later asking for the part and they said that they didn't have it, that they through it away. They did not refused my money back to me, or offer to looke at the problem of my car, so the stole my money and my car still has the problem they are the worst garage I've ever been to. I would argue to everyone not to go there they robe from their customers!!!!!!!!
