Good these places to keep history alive. Nice to read some information about the time easy and West were separated. Only a pity the information is only available in German. The walk to the remembrance monuments are over concrete blocks. Walk far enough to see all monuments.

May 2020 - all info boards are currently in German and English so you can understand more;) The watchtower looks like recently renovated. If you want to know more about this place you should visit Grenzmuseum in Sorge as well.

Sollte man mal lang gewandert sein, ein Stück Erinnerung an das, was nie wieder sein sollte.

Reste der ehemaligen Zonengrenze. Ein interessanter geschichtsreicher Ort. Man läuft da den Weg hoch durch den ersten Zaun und dann weiter bis zum Beobachtungsturm, wo ein weiterer Zaun steht. Schon krass das dort vor über 30 Jahren sich keiner aufhalten durfte oder keiner dort überhaupt hin kam. Froh sein das diese Zeit vorbei ist.

Sehr interessant sollte man gesehen haben. Da ich als Teenager noch vor der Wende dort war, war dieser Ort natürlich noch etwas ganz besonderes.
