Our 14 year old heat pump went out, and we found ourselves in need of a new system. I knew of SOS Mechanical from their community involvement and the Chamber, and gave them a call. Allison was out the next business day, and it was really nice how she was so thorough! Not only was she able to assess why our past system was less than effective, she was able to also listen to our wishes too. We had 3 other quotes/ bids and decided we felt SOS was the most comprehensive solution to our unique needs. They were able to do the install in a timely manner, and the crew was professional and able to knock out a really big job in one day! They also discovered errors in our past ductwork/ dapners and made those corrections. A big thanks to them for their hard effort- I know that was not easy! After having such an old system- this new Trane system is such an upgrade! I keep opening the door to see that its on... I feel the air, but I'm just not used to such a quiet system! We feel like we can finally use the deck next to the unit because its possible to have/ hear a conversation while the unit is on. Not only are we thrilled to be up and running, but confident in the longer term relationship we feel we have with SOS Mechanical and their ability to monitor our home through our smart thermostat... which I have to say is so fun to see the outside temperature and forecast! Sorry to go on and on, but our job was not easy, our split-level (6 different levels in our home) was a challenge! SOS Mechanical offered the best solutions and great results.

I ordered the mini-split package for my garage, so I could workout due to gyms being closed during COVID-19. Allison, GM was very informative throughout the process...This family business really takes care of their customers and makes you feel like family. I am literally shocked at how good this setup is working. Even without putting insulation in the walls and ceiling, I’m still able to get down to 78 degrees during the hottest parts of the day (95 degrees outside temp.). My neighbor even stopped by to check out the setup, since he is always working in his garage shop.

Second time using them. AC broke down @4:00 pm, called them and tech showed up in 15 minutes. He was done in 20 minutes. He replaced the motor, which was replaced by them last August. He said it would be under warranty, so I did not need to pay for the parts. I am so impressed with their prompt and professional service. Everything is online, last years bill, service records, etc. Very convenient. I saved their number in my phone and keeping their business card in a safe place. Excellent service, very satisfied!
