Just had 2 of their guys out on Christmas Eve!! They drained my grey water tank and we all got down on unclogging the pipe picture #2!! The 2 tech's were great. They knew exactly what they were doing. Thanks for the prompt service on short notice!
Scheduled maintenance of my septic tanks done , due once every 2-1/2 to-3 years for the black water tank and 5 to 6 years for the gray water tank. I am a returning customer. This service included the pulling, inspection and cleaning of the black water tank filter that protects the drain field. Their equipment looked of good quality and well kept up making this process go very quickly. Everyone, from the SOS office staff to the onsite workers did a great job in making the customer comfortable by their professionalism. Job was well done and would recommend to others.”
I called them and they were able to schedule a truck to pump out the septic tank in just a couple days. It was not a serious emergency, just maintenance. They were on time, and friendly. Marvin knows his job well and took the time to explain the process. Very reasonable price.
