Heard quite a buzz about this place before I finally stopped by. It's easy to locate as it is just by the side of St Finbarr's road. Not a big fan of their opening hours as most restaurants in Lagos close pretty late. However, the menu is quite diverse and I love how traditional meals were added. The drinks selection gives enough to choose from. Food is affordable and plenty. The service was quite delayed and getting the attention of a waiter required having to walk up to them at some point. Food took a while to arrive and the drinks came even much later. Didn't particularly enjoy the Mojito ordered. The aesthetics of the restaurant is good for photos and the styling accommodates different seating for different number of people.

I’ve been here twice and would definitely go again, the customer service is top notch and the food, I loved the coconut rice and plantain. There’s little or no parking space, it’s not so big but the space is well utilized. And there’s the picture couch where almost everyone takes a picture
A romantic spot to hang with your lady (or ladies, you smooth dog ). Loved the decorations and the waiters were very courteous and pleasant. Food is a bit pricy, but worth every bite. Would definitely visit again.

So you want value for money? You can't go wrong with this place. The menu is decent and th portion sizes are extra. Great choice of drinks and the ambience is cozy.
Soul Food is a Cozy and beautiful space for dining and eating out. The ambience presents a perfectly designed environment for dates. The food is really tasty and delicious and service here is at its premium. Would I recommend another visit. Yes!!! Without a second thought.
The customer service is excellent and this is a big deal for me. I also love the fact that a particular member of staff, can't remember his name name now, is ever willing to take lovely pictures once to ask him. It's a serene place to visit. I like!
A superb restaurant with and good ambiance without going to the island. The milkshakes are gooood and the lemonade aswell just alittle too much sugar. Their food is nice and the portions arent little if you’re a fan of more carbs than protein
