The Coffee here always tastes Perfect, Just What I need when I'm there Monday-Friday and the Staff are always so Friendly! Whenever I go there they remember what I want to order and Never have to really say it anymore, just tap my card haha What a Great Coffee Stop \u003c3

This morning I went to get a large salad for breakfast and I was giving the lady instructions for my order. I then asked her if it’s okay if I could have some extra toppings because last time I got the salad it was just literally the salad and the sauce and she immediately got defensive and said these are the only toppings she’s allowed to give and if I want more then I would have to pay more, so I went along with it and paid more to get the extra topping. I paid for my order she left my order on the counter no smile no thank you. I then came back a minute after and said hey you’ve put the Caesar dressing on my boccocini salad when I asked for lemon olive lime dressing for that specific salad. She then turned around and said if I wanted something specific with my order I should mention it and make it clear. I did mentioned I want two dressing and I’ve made it very clear she then told me she couldn’t hear me and then I said that’s her problem not mine. ( mind you this lady is Thai do I was speaking to her in Thai) everything came out so rude her impression and expression. She then after and I thank you did the right thing and re did my order. But when she went to the back of the kitchen which was an semi open kitchen she was talking about me I could hear her from outside and also the people in the kitchen poked their head out to see who was the customer for this order. After my order was done there was no apology she just slammed my salad on one of the counter and left. Very rude and disgusting the Thai lady in the glass that served me this morning at 9:20 am if you’re reading this I hope you don’t do this to other customers because hospitality is a job where you have to service people and if you don’t enjoy doing this then you should be doing something else. Or maybe you were just having a bad day but I genuinely hope you feel better because what you did was just low.

Disclaimer: This is just purely my opinion and you are entitled to your own Soul origin is pretty pricey but tastes really good. However, this particular branch of Soul Origin feels like a rip-off compared to the others. Whenever I order a wrap, 80% of the wrap would just be pure leaves. I’ve been to the other Soul Origin branched too and they weren’t like that. I may be a bit picky, but just the leaves would leave a bad taste in my mouth.

The coffee service is incredibly quick but doesn't forego quality. The staff are always so friendly and make the effort with their customers. I haven't seen these guys in years and they still managed to remember my name AND order as I used to be a regular. Keep up the great work guys!!

Now this place is really managed to impress me. Despite their always being a large crowd especially in the mornings, the service here is incredibly fast. And by fast I don't mean that the shot from your coffee was bored 10 minutes before you ordered. These people have their staffing levels worked out perfect to meet the demands of the time of day. The quality of the coffee here is as good as you will get anywhere in Sydney and at a reasonable and competitive price.

I have used the loyalty card for the free coffee, plus order another coffee. Somehow they asked me to pay 60cents for the decaf coffee. I have been using soul origins because they do not charge the extra. I found that they do not have even the fee info on the board, and still asked me to pay 60cents. Also, the girl who served me rolled her eyes when I asked since when they charge the extra for decaf... Todays, I asked another soul origin which is one of my favourite, the staff told me that they dont charge the fee, and weird they do not put the info on the notice too. Regardless, not happy how they response and provide the service.
