Dr. Rubino is the best. We brought my mother in law to the office for hearing aids. Mom was on the onset of Alzheimer’s and having some difficulty understanding what was going on. Dr Rubino’s professionalism to find her the best fit for her ears coupled with her kindness and patience is something my husband and I are forever grateful for. The hearing aids were perfect, and Mom kept asking when we were visiting again! On another note, I also had my ears tested and I agree - Sound Audiology is hands down the best, and affordable too!

Dr. Rubino is an amazing, knowledgeable audiologist with many years of experience. She takes her time with her patients and is there to answer any questions/concerns the patient may have. She never pressured to purchase hearing aids and left it solely up to the patient. If you are looking for a healthcare practitioner who is honest, Dr. Rubino is the one!

First experience getting my hearing tested. The audiologist was knowledgeable and kind. She was honest when telling me I did not need a hearing aid at this time but that I should return next year for another test. Nice Staff, Felt comfortable from the start.

I was born with significant hearing lost and have been to every so called (top audiologist) in New York Not one of them took the time to go over everything like Claire to make sure i got the best hearing aids for my buget and type of hearing loss. I now have the best hearing aids i ever had and at a fraction of what i paid last time at another office. I ended up lossing a hearing aid and Claire went out of her way to meet me after office hours because i could not make it the day the new one we ordered came in. Claire goes above and beyond and you can tell she really cares about her profession. I recommend anyone young or old with hearing loss to check out this office you will not be disapointed And if you are young with hearing loss make sure you wear your hearing aids because for a while i did not and i missed out on a lot. But now i am in good hands and i never been happier Thanks Claire for everything!
