I've never been more harassed in my life by debt collectors. The guy who tried to collect the debt from us just kept getting snarky stating obviously we have a phone now except my husbands parents have been paying for our phone and he stated why cant his parents pay for the debt? Or how do you pay for your rent? Except we havent been able to pay our rent because of how bad covid hit and he lost many hours. But he kept harping on us about not having money to pay it.

Poor customer service and each representative tells you something different when you call with a concern. I was transferred to a supervisor who was frustrated about me asking questions due to being told 3 different things by other representatives.

I don't know what everyone problem was with this company. I just called them to settle a sprint bill that was from four years ago that defaulted in a divorce. I owed several thousand dollars and was able to settle with them and have the deletion of the tradeline on the credit report. I spoke to two customer service reps. The first one was very polite and when I told her that I was not able to make the that type of payment she offered to transfer to a Ron. Ron was the manager and I was able to make an agreement with Ron. So now I don't have to worry about this massive Sprint bill anymore. Thank you Source Receivables. I don't understand why all the cry babies are bashing you. Very understanding. Thank you for your time and understanding of the situation that I was.

I attempted to resolve a debt and these people hung up on me twice. The account was shared by me and my son but instead of trying to set up something they stated my son did not give permission to discuss an account that I was on as well. They are calling my number because I was the one paying the bill. I guess they just want to be rude and not collect! Stupid. Just as dishonest as Sprint. Perfect match
