9/3/2020 - Have a January 2021 cruise booked with NCL that I would like to change to 2022 but since I booked through this agency, NCL cannot make any changes to the reservation. All email's bounce back and phone numbers don't work. I know this has been a very hard year for everyone in the cruise industry but I am very disappointed that after 15 years of using this agency there is not at least a courtesy call to their clients that they are closing so that the reservation can be released.
