OUTSTANDING service...accident on a brand new sofa and they cleaned it perfectly. The owner's son was the service person and he is the most professional and polite person. I also asked to have other high end chairs cleaned and that was done well. And, I had a few ink spots on the carpet and they removed them too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND over the franchises, as this is a family owned and serviced company...don't use anyone else!
