The Alpine Shop is great, really great - experienced, super helpful staff, quick turn-around on any ski tunes, broad inventory and selection, amazing ski/board lease program, and an impressive bike shop for regular maintenance throughout the season. I need to mention one minor gripe, its not big enough to remove a star but the stickers they use for pricing leave a big mess on items we've purchased, view the helmet photo attached. This has been consistent for years on skis and any hard goods that don't have a tag. Not sure if there is a better way to mark pricing? Thanks!

I live and work 40 minutes away in Saint Albans and I needed new ski boots, after a friend recommending the Alpine Shop I decided to give it a try and made an appointment for a boot fitting and purchase. I arrived right on time and was greeted immediately, the guy who helped me was Andy, I cannot say enough good things about him and his sales manner and approach, he asked all the right questions and did not push anything on me or try and upsell, he seemed truly interested in making sure I had the right boot for what I needed. I am also in sales and can tell when I am just a number, I was so impressed and appreciative of how I was handled I decided to buy skis, bindings and poles along with the boots. I could have definitely gotten them cheaper online but wanted to support a local business and wanted to a place to go back to in case I needed help for service etc. Again thank you Andy and will be back if I ever need anything else!

Had a great experience buying new pair of skis and bindings. Spoke to many people on the phone in the course of putting together an online order and all were very chill and helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them!

We picked this place based on the good reviews, but we had a terrible daily rental experience. The selection was thin, so I ended up with boots that were too small. I had to give up after one run - the pain was excruciating. My son's skis were too long, so he struggled all afternoon to maintain control. If you don't have the correct sizes in stock, please send the customer elsewhere - that's the right thing to do.
