Bought a washer/dryer combo and did not purchase the warranty, as Lowe's has never honored past warranties from other appliances I have purchased. The dryer worked for one month then quit working. The installers never bothered to clean up what was behind the old dryer when installing and kinked the hose so badly it had holes in it. Lowe's refused to take any responsibility, so I went to LG, who also refused to take any responsibility for a 2,000.00 combo washer/dryer. We resorted to buying a dolly to move the appliance and fixed it ourselves. In my experience Lowe's would not honor their warranty packages and would take no responsibility for a bad installation that ruined the dryer hose. Even with letting Lowe's know the problem, they refused to help. This was a washer/dryer combo that was only one month old and covered by warranty. It seems like a good product, but if you're not able to fix this kind of problem on your own, you are out of luck.

Tried to buy a cordless kolbolt power shovel I agreed to buy it immediately but after 45 minutes they could not find the battery and charger that went with it so after all that time they discounted it but it was going to cost me the same to wait for a battery and charger when the weed trimmer that they have 10 of on the shelf has the same charger and battery in it and they would not take it out for me I was almost paying full price for a beat up floor model. Frustrated

We generally find what we go after at Lowe's. It is a lot of in the spring to see all the flowers and fruit trees...as it is a hint of promise for warmer days ahead.
