Poorly built PC suffered multiple failurs under normal office conditions. Customer support was also horrendous. PC was sent back for repair and came back with the same issue. Notified support of the ongoing issue, they asked that we purchase another PC so they could service the defective unit. When i asked to speak with a supervisor, my requwest was declined. Poor product, even worse service / support. Dont buy this junk zero stars.

I have been scouring the web looking for the perfect motherboard for my project and each time I have to fill out a lengthy inquiry form and hope that the company gets back to me. You will see none of that at Logic Supply, they will automatically assist you in live chat. Give you quotes on the spot and even show you towards a more suitable product regardless of price difference(mine ended up cheaper). Looking forward to buying from them in the future!

Bought an expensive case. They dont have documentation explaining the required parts for the case that have to be purchased separately. I told them to hold the order after ordering so that I can get an answer from an engineer about the required parts. They never answered if the part I asked them about was required or not.

When in haste I chose the wrong board, but didn't have time to return it and receive the correct one, their support staff went above and beyond assisting me in getting the OS and my proprietary application loaded. It worked, the customer is pleased, and so am I. A big thanks to Logic Supply and especially Jim Dines!
