Mike not only knows his stuff, he will go the extra mile to ensure you are a happy customer and that he has delivered the right solution for you, emphasis on the "for you" part. He's not just out to make , he really wants you to find a solution that works long-term. I tell everyone I can about Project 47 Labs because they are a diamond in the rough, an amazing company that really cares about its customers. Met Mike through a friend and mentioned a few laptop problems I had, he told me to bring it by and drop it off along with the gaming controller for my PC which also needed work. Cleaned the insides and replaced the fan in the laptop and explained why it was overheating and how to prevent it from happening again. Fixed the broken cord for my controller. Both work good as new for reasonable price on work that I can't do myself. I know this is a pretty minor fix and task for the kind of work he does, but he is knowledgeable. I've gotten to know him a bit since then and know of work he's done in IT at other companies. He can handle it all.
