My daughter had a theater slot. The transport was booked then they cancelled 20 minutes before they were due to pick us us for her transport. Im having to rearrange my daughters appointment and they said to me the transport shouldn't have been booked on a weekend then turn around and told the hospital it's my fault. I then get a voicemail message (which I saved) which said THERE WERE NO DRIVERS! badly run service and I don't think they care at all about the patients.
