I am disappointed with the service Dan provided. I sent Dan a list of song requests that he pretty much ignored. Two of them arrived to set up but several times when I looked at the DJ booth, no one was behind it. It looked as though they just had the songs on shuffle/auto play which meant you’d have an up tempo song followed by a slower song. Obviously this killed the mood then people would leave the dance floor. It was alright, we made it work and had fun dancing to the good songs but felt it could have been so much better had they of actually put any effort in and read the crowd. Also I didn’t feel Dan was a very friendly/ approachable person himself. Anytime someone asked him something we just got an excuse.
Shocking service. Paid 75 for LOVE letters that he didn't even have. Been waiting for my refund for 7 months now and still nothing. Dan won't accept my calls of messages. I'm not the only one he's done this to. He's now replied to this review saying he offered a refund on the night. Which is a LIE. We have the emails to prove it.
