I am the facilities maintenance manager for a large church campus. I needed a quick turn-around job to clean a large area of brick and stucco to brighten up the main building and steeple for Easter weekend. I called South Coast to come out to bid the project and they came out quickly, on my schedule, and walked the faclility with me to understand the scope of work. I got called away on the day the work was to be done, and had to be out until after Easter weekend. I was kept in close communication including before and after images of the walls and steeple. When I arrived after Easter, the building looked great! And I did minimal management on the job. Thank you South Coast for doing an excellent job at a price that was very competitive, and on a tight schedule. I am currently seeking a bid from them on another project to be scheduled within the next few weeks.

We had a big job requiring house washing, deck cleaning, big driveway and sidewalks, and a lot of rock on our house that had sediment in it. They did an outstanding job of being on time and on budget. I especially like the walk around before and afterwards and the honest approach to doing this sort of work.
