We have used SCR on numerous occasions as we are an hvac contractor that comes across quite a bit of water damage, mold, mildew, asbestos, lead, drywall paint, etc. Scott and his team have always treated our customers with the utmost respect and the pricing has always been very fair. The work is top notch and they have always gone above and beyond to make our customers happy. They are our first recoemdation when our customers ask for any type of work that we don’t do.

Would give negative stars if I could. Hired them with referral by Servpro after a slab leak and we couldn't regret that decision more. Its generous to call their quality of work sub par.. mouldings installed with 1" gaps, cabinet doors uneven and the list goes on. They over charge & never follow through on their word. They had a good reputation under the man who started the company but he retired and his son (Scott Monroe) is now in charge and killing that good reputation. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! DONT WALK, RUN! P.s. Abel and Jr are good but are handcuffed by Scott.
