Nice and accessable, well stocked for this close to Christmas, but standing in line for 20 minutes with only 4 people wearing face masks and very few people respecting social distancing. All the while staff did nothing. Very disappointing and won't be going back until after the pandemic.

Great staff
The click and collect is just fantastic! We were pointed straight away to the desk from when we got in the door, the queue was very quick and adequately socially distanced. The email which we received from John Lewis was scanned and the product was bought out very quickly. The whole experience was completely hassle-free and I would highly recommend to anyone buying anything through John Lewis.
Very courteous staff. Shelves well stocked. Always enjoy shopping at Waitrose, Sanderstead.
Nice shopping experience, well run, friendly staff, good selection.
