I’ve been seeing Selena for over half my life. Started off with just cuts and now cuts and balayage. She does an amazing job and is so professional. Never had a bad experience with her or any of the staff here. They all know me from how long I’ve been coming and are always very nice. Highly recommend going to Selena if you want to go blonder!

I have been going to the Ruby Room for a few years now. Selina is the way to go! She is so knowledgeable and fixed my super broken hair. She has recommended all the right products and does an amazing job every time! Reception is also always amazing accommodating my crazy schedule! Highly recommend The Ruby Room

Selena completely chopped my daughter's hair. My 14 yr old daughter suffers of depression and anxiety so for her to try something new is out of her comfort zone. We showed her a picture of what she wanted and her haircut was nothing close to it! Completely unacceptable! Thankfully her hair will grow but I will never bring my daughter to this hair salon again!!
Terrible experience. Made an appt for a color and cut. I drove all the way from Boston for them to tell me someone booked it incorrectly and they cannot do my service. They wanted me to reschedule and drive all the way back another day after they wasted my time. Had to drive home to Boston immediately with nothing being done. Been going here for years. Will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone anymore. I have a wedding next week and they’ve completely screwed me now. Very disappointed.
