I am not one for writing reviews, but I was entirely disappointed with the response I was given when I inquired about a shuttle service for my wedding next year. Their response was \Thank you for your inquiry- this is too far into the future to quote a price or know what our commitments will be at that point in time.\ Way to completely dismiss an interested customer. There seemed to be zero interest in my business. It seems standard that most businesses are at least able to provide a rough estimate of costs, but I didn't receive any bit of information. If there weren't any commitments for the date I requested, then one would assume the service is available, right? Maybe there was a reason they weren't able to accommodate, but I'll never know since the response was so short.
We have used this service multiple times and they have always been on time and been super responsive in their communication.
