Brie and her team did a terrific job removing tree limbs, leaves and last Fall’s Mums. Before leaving, she blew the remaining debris so that one would never know there had been a five foot heigh mess when the work was started. She was also very respectful of where to park their truck & trailer. A pleasure to have given Helstowski the work.

Tried to give him a job I need done. Two scheduled visits for him to look at job and both times he was a no show and did not call me to let me know or to reschedule. #TryHarder
I had an appointment with him for an estimate today at 11am. He was a no show. Nor did he contact me to say he needed to reschedule. I called to find out what happened. I got his voicemail.
I attempted to get an estimate for a bunch of work earlier this year. Because there was still snow at the time, he said he’d mark down to call me when I melted. The snow melted, no call. I waited a week and a half after and decided to give a call. No answer. I left a message. Over a week later he returned my call. At that point we scheduled a date / time for the estimate. He called last minute to say he couldn’t make it, asked to reschedule to later in the day. We did reschedule and then he no called / no showed that same day for a second time. I attempted to call and check if we were still meeting for the estimate and he did not answer. I didn’t bother to leave a message and now I am utilizing a new company.
I called for an estimate, received a return call I was told Thursday... yesterday at 3pm. 3pm Came and went with no call no show, my next call at 3:40 went unanswered and voice-mail was full. This after he had said he would contact me if something came up. I certainly hope all is well.
