Have had wind river for several years and have been very happy with them, until recently.Made an appointment for this past Monday, got up early, uncovered my covers, moved the cars and waited.............................. have always been first thing or mid morning to receive the phone call on when the driver will arrive.checked online to see the times that I’ve had a service. Yup always early to mid morning.so I called, asked when I can expect The driver to show up. I was politely asked to be put on hold, where did wait3 to 4 minutes ,agent picked up and asked if I could be on hold for a few more minutes, A few minutes went by and the agent told me that The driver had called in sick this morning, that was 10:00 hmm. Don’t you think someone will make phone calls in the morning to let people know they were not getting serviced, I know I didn’t get a call. So we made an appointment for the following Monday. Recovered the covers because it was supposed to rain all that week. So this morning I got up moved the cars and before I uncovered the covers I called them and asked if I was on the schedule to get a pumping today. NOPE! not today I was told next Monday I replied no we were scheduled for today and I explain the previous situation was still told next Monday. Okay let’s wait see. Next week is Veterans Day and I emphasized next week is Veterans Day. I guess I’ll wait and see. Odd and they don’t Pay tribute to fallen veterans. I will repost next week if I get serviced 7 .

I've been a customer of Wind River Environmental for some time. Last year they installed a new septic system at my house. It was a major project because I wanted to save my trees while having a well functioning system. They did a great job. I've also found their techs to be efficient and customer oriented. Staff is effective and well trained for their roles.

We have used Wind River’s services for many years, and greatly appreciate their courtesy and professionalism. I love that they send us reminders when we are due for service. They came last week to do a cleaning, and they did a great job - my garden was in good shape when they finished!

Recently had Wind River Environ pump out my septic tank. They acquired Shoreline Septic in Old Lyme who I had used over many years. Wind River provided the same excellent service I had from Shoreline. Arrived within the time frame they had indicated, tech was efficient in his work in locating and pumping the tank and replaced the lawn with minimal disruption in appearance . Service was completed with full explanation of tank condition and suggested maintenance within 35 min.

We had an emergency on a Saturday morning in the winter. Not knowing who to call, I googled septic places near me. The first few places did not answer . Then one man just said they would come on Monday. I then called Wind River and they were there within the hour. Paul was very kind, courteous and knowedgeable. He explained what the problem was, fixed it and educated me on how to prevent this in the future. They were great and I will use them for all our septic needs in the future. Highly recommend this company!!!!
