Honestly I had a very pleasant experience. I thought I was going to see Dr. Mendez but ended up with physician Jeanette Hernandez, APRN. She was very nice, very professional.She answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with her performance as a physician. However, I will say the office staff should be a little nicer to each other specifically infront of a patient. Understand mistakes will happen when you give a single employee a job that requires minimum 2 people. Front desk receptionist, thank you for calling me back like you said you would.

I have been coming here for a couple of years and have been seen with Bernie the PA. He is the best! He always takes the time to check up on me and explain everything thoroughly! The office is always quiet and organized and the front desk and medical assistants are super nice and welcoming! Love this gyno practice!!

Me encanta venir a esta oficina, no porque me guste que me chequeen, pero porque me gusta como me atienden. El servicio de este lugar es maravilloso, llevo anos viniendo para aca y nunca he tenido ningun problema, ni con la oficina ni con los medicos. Dr. Ortiz es maravilloso y muy humano. Dr. Penalvert, es uno de los mejores medicos que conozco, me hace sentir muy comoda y segura cada vez que voy. Los dos mellaman cuando los necesito. El nivel de profesionalismo aqui es lo maximo. Muchas gracias y me alegro que cai en sus manos hace varios anios.
