Simon made the windows to the wrong specification despite mm measurements and scale drawings, and has refused to rectify his mistake. Massive let down.

Simon did an excellent job and he is reasonably priced if you can get him to do your job. I think he is very busy as he is sometimes hard to get hold of.
Fantastic service! Had 12 windows that needed dragging out of the early nineties. Simon was prompt, gave a very competitive quote and advised on all the options. His work was tidy, and all be it interrupted by the Beast from the East, was completed quickly. Very impressed, would recommend without hesitation.
