I think we should be grateful (and thankful) that South Haven continues to contain a very good regional hospital within its city limits. Additionally, I think the Bronson South Haven Hospital does a wonderful job at providing quality health care for our community and the surrounding areas. When further services are necessary, Bronson South Haven is able to quickly transfer patients to larger Bronson facilities, which is also a plus for our community.

Been waiting one and a half hours only to find out the doctor skipped us. He has a traumatic brain injury, they should take that into consideration, he has no patience. It's disappointing he's just a number.

My husband and I have used the hospital many times and have always been very pleased with the level of care. We particularly liked Dr. Lori Dotson and were dismayed when she left (after being denied a leave of absence - bad move). I'm so surprised to read all the complaints here - but I guess people who are satisfied are less likely to write reviews. This is a small town and I think we are fortunate to have a good hospital right here - not to mention the Wellness Center, which is fabulous!

I went in for dizziness, fatigue, and sharp headaches. They took blood and urine. Those came back fine so they decided that I was good to go. When I said No, I’m still dizzy and have a sharp pain in my brain they took more vitals. Then gave me an some fluids through an IV. That did not work they said from the ER’s stand point I was fine. I told them I am not. I still feel the same as before I went in. They discharged me anyway and said to follow up with my doctor in a week. I can not wait a week! What an I supposed to tell my job? Yeah, the hospital says I’m fine but I am still going to fall over if I stand up.
