My wife and I took our skoolie on a quick road trip to West Michigan to see my family in Grand Rapids and this was a very nice park to stay at for a couple of nights. The park itself isn't in a very noteworthy location, but it was a short walk to the beach and we took full advantage of that and the really nice weather. The slots are a good size with all the utilities. There is free WifI, but I recommend the paid service if you plan to use it to stream HD video. It was only 5 for 24 hours or 20 for 7 days and super easy to use. It was the first weekend of the season (also happened to be Easter weekend) so the place wasn't full by any stretch of the imagination and our neighbors were friendly. The park staff we met was very helpful and easily reached via phone. If you're not afraid of a little walking, downtown South Haven is an easy 40 minute stroll from the park. There were three or four public access spots along the walk where you could get down to Lake Michigan, but they were very narrow. Most of the beach is private property, although you are allowed to walk along the shore. Don't expect any public restrooms to be open though because of the pandemic. The park has restrooms and laundry on site and I'm sure lots of other amenities that we didn't take advantage of. Good off-season pricing for what you get. I would definitely return.

Quiet location, yet very easy access to the highway. Large open spaces between units. Can easily accommodate big rigs. Sites are level. Sand and grass. Showers & bathrooms are very clean. Laundry clean and machines all work.
We have been going to Jensen’s for over 20 years with our family, then as an RV owner. Their motel rooms are the best value for a beach vacation. Always clean, cable TV, mini refrigerator, often microwave, decent sized bathroom with bath tub. Very quiet, homey and close to town and all the beaches. Also on the coveted north side. Laundry is on site. Expect comfort in a perfect location. You will sleep like a baby and have the time of your life!
We go there every year and my only complaints are the parking spot for the camper is just dirt and they don’t allow you to bring your own firewood. However the price is reasonable for the location.
This place is so wonderful. Motel rooms are like little quaint cottages. Clean, affordable, quiet, great staff, location close to restaurants/stores/beach yet feels like it’s tucked far away. I will definitely be back. Wish I could give 6 stars!

My husband and I have been coming here for 3 years. We both lead very busy lives and we occasionally get a day here or there when we are able to get away. When we come here our goal is to wind down in a low key, very calming spot. This is it. Yes it is a RV Park. But it is always calm and quiet we stay in the motel rooms and it’s ALWAYS been clean and the beds are super comfortable. This is a gem as far as we are concerned. You check in and it’s peaceful and calm and cozy. We can’t ask for anything better than that. This will always be our go to spot when we need a wind down spot. Thank you Jensens.
The park is really well kept and a really good deal. This was our first time staying here and ended up having a catastrophic camper failure and the staff were incredibly helpful! They stopped by frequently and provided us with extra help in getting situated for our stay. I would highly recommend coming here, if not for how close they are to the beaches and downtown, then just for how friendly and accommodating the staff are!
