I LOVE Willy O's. It is really good. It is really a homey place to eat. My favorite is the roadhouse pizza. They won lots of awards, I can see why. They have excellent beandip, and it is made with Willy O's secret ingredients. If you are GF you'd eat some really great pizza. Sometimes it takes a bit to cook, but is totally worth the wait. Willy O's is what I recommend!

Okay...I understand it was busy when we got there ( a storm was coming in.) Apparently one of their kitchen staff had to go to the hospital with dehydration as well...but I can't say enough how miserable our experience was. We got there and sat down - another customer went and told the staff we were there (because they hadn't greeted us for awhile.) A guy came out and took our order (pizza, calzone and 2 salads) and got us our drinks. We never saw him again (and he wasn't the one that went to the hospital!) A woman came out and brought food orders to the other tables...and after a while double checked and made sure we had been helped. No other customers had come in and the phone had stopped ringing. We said yes we had been helped. A full 50 minutes after we had placed our order (we were the only table in the place now) she came out to "double check" our order. We told her what we had ordered. This time, our food was out in 5 min. I asked if order had been "misplaced". She said no, they were just busy, someone had to go to the hospital etc - didn't we see how busy they were? (Yes) Hadn't he told us how long it would take? (No) - "oh he's new". Problem is, I could hear them talking in the kitchen. "Well first you got to get their salads...and I'll get the other stuff." The salads were fair...the calzone good, and the pizza overdone. I've worked in the restaurant service before...I know mistakes happen. Just say yeah, we screwed up what can we do to make it up to you? Instead, she went on the offensive and tried to make it our fault. Not a place we'll go again.
