Serendipity Backlot was yummy and all workers friendly and efficient! We had a lovely time oh and live music too! But could use tip jar for musicians I forgot about the virtual tipping!

People are friendly and building is clean. Tough to get around if you don't know where you are going. There is a directory in the lobby.

Friends and strangers, the South Hill Business plaza has an Art studio section where you can take different art classes (metal-smithing or ceramics maybe more!). I was so impressed with these developments. It is easy to navigate the interior of the building with plenty of signage to direct you where you need to go. There is a great café called Serendipity which is also a catering company (so it is super yummy). The class I took was in metal-smithing and it was fun and easy to learn with plenty of guidance for true novices. I had a chance to walk around the business campus and it has a lot to offer. There are basic offices spaces and Challenge Workforce at he back end and all of the art spaces for classes and studios spaces for artists on the bottom floor toward the middle of campus. There is also a Gym which is awesome as well.

Many small business occupy various sized spaces. From almost single cube to 80 employees. There is a gym there you can join and a cafe for breakfast and lunch. Directly across from Ithaca College. Lots of free parking.
