Just 8 months ago I purchased my 2018 Dodge Journey. I LOVED my car until today. I noticed water on my back seat and looked up to see water coming out of my roof heater vent. I made an appointment right away at this Dealer to see what the problem was. I waited over 2 hours for a diagnosis. They determined that the snow that was sitting on the roof melted and came through the sunroof. They said the Track for the sunroof was bad and defective and the entire sunroof needed to be replaced. I asked if it was covered under my warranty and they asked if I had the extended warranty. I said I did. They said my warranty had expired 18 days ago and that not only was it not going to be covered under the original warranty, but was also denied under the extended warranty. Even though it was an obvious defect, they refused to help me. They were not even nice about it. Very dismissive and uncaring. The manager said his hands are tied. Call corporate. They said it would cost me 2,000 to replace. My car only has 28,000 miles. I would not have known this was an issue if we didn't have the snowstorm. To boot, they pried the sunroof out and damaged my roof. I would not recommend this dealer ever. Avoid at all costs. I will never buy a dodge again even though I have owned a Dodge for 19 years.

I was not looking forward to buying a new car, but had a great experience at South Hills Jeep. My salesman, Andy was very knowledgeable and personable. We then moved to the financial person, Taylor. Again very knowledgeable and personable. Overall, these folks are very professional, they hit it out of the park and made our buying experience enjoyable. I'd recommend them highly.
