Ask for Jenni, she's really easy to deal with. I've been coming here for the past 5 years. Never had an issues. Not sure who the people in the past were but it was always easy to get your product, pay for it, and return it. As long as the item isn't damaged you shouldn't get hit with issues. There will always be a restocking fee if you do return so do your homework before purchasing!

Recently I had an opportunity to deal with Jenni Valle - Sales Representative of South Houston Concrete pipe co and was very pleased with the way she dealt with me. She was very polite, intelligent, and professional in her approach. She has helping attitude and is a pleasant person to deal with. I read old reviews of this company and was hesitant to deal with them but now with my own experience, I highly recommend this company and do ask for Jenni, if you are shopping around. Not only this, the delivery was very smooth and the truck driver was punctual, helpful and a very nice person to deal with. - What else you can ask for.
