This practice deserves a 5* review in my opinion! From the warm, welcoming greeting by the front of house staff, through to the professionalism of the practitioners. I can highly recommend Shona McKay who has treated me a few times this year. I recently took up golfing but wasn’t prepared for the back muscle spasms that are sold as a ‘package’ when you sign on the dotted line!; throw in fibromyalgia, tinnitus and a good dollop of Covid hysteria that creeps into those little grey cells, sending you further down the pan....and Voila! Shona is extremely knowledgable in her field and treats the ‘whole person’ not just the achy bits. Shona works using subtle manipulation alongside gentle, cranial treatment which I find extremely effective! Yes, I may well feel sore and slightly uncomfortable for a day or two after treatment but it’s short lived and I’m ready to swing that golf club again!️\u200d️

Very knowledgeable. Friendly. Efficient. Knew their stuff. Happy to fully share their findings. Would have got a 5 out of 5 if pain eased a bit more via even a little muscle manipulation too as was still a little sore even after treatment but certainly better, just not as great as I have gotten elsewhere. Will definitely return though.better than average for knowledge

Without the brilliant work of Shona McKay I would not have been able to cycle from Lands End to John O'Groats this year, which I did, in June. Shona worked on my long suffering lower back. Got me back on the bike, pain free, and able to cycle 1,000 miles. Amazing. It's simply impossible to put a value on this. I will be forever grateful. Can't recommend this practice highly enough. Extremely well run and has the best practitioners (& I've been to quite a few) I have ever experienced. Thank you South Inch.
