Dr Zheng is excellent, has guided my husband and i through some big health issues. Very thorough, quite a serious nature that frankly i find reassuring. Kind with her follow up and genuinely pleased to be helping her patient's. Knows who to refer to for specific issues and explains everything very clearly. The staff here are very good, receptionists don't mince their words when busy, they focus on being efficient and professional.

I have been coming here for more than 7 years but in last few visits I have noticed that receptionists are rude and doctors are also charging more for consulting. Even for short visits, I have paid for long consulting fees And when you ask the receptionist about it, they are very rude in explaining. Doctor seems to waste your time in chit chats and paperwork and try to extend consulting time. They have become greedy. Technically, Doctors are skilled and experienced but just because of their such tactics, I don't feel like going to them again. Regarding wait time, I didn't had any issue ever. Facility is situated close to south melbourne market therefore it is well connected. I do not recommend them now. You can find better doctors and staff in other places.

Disappointing experience with Dr Lucuk. I came in with severe pain. I was in bed waiting for them to open so i could be seen as soon as possible. So i made the first appointment of the day, and the clinic was basically empty when I got there. When i saw the doctor, he looked at the issue, and then basically said here's your prescription, the door is right there. Felt very rushed and the doctor did not even try to be very empathetic. I was barely able to sleep, eat or drink because of the pain. I was at least hoping for some suggestions to ease the pain but was just told to buy an OTC product that was similar to what I said i was already taking. (And it barely helped.) Paid for a 15 minute session that I'm pretty sure was just 5 minutes. Very disappointed.

I didn't have the best experience for a number of reasons. Firstly i think it's unfair to charge a full second consultation to go in for x ray results. The first appointment was not a consultation it was simply a referral. Secondly, the doctor was confused about the problem area due to a previous injury being reported on the X-ray. So when i went for treatment, the nurse had the wrong information. I was also pressured without discussion to sign up for a costly physio treatment plan for the old injury not the current one. She also took a personal call in the middle of the consultation. I normally wouldn't have minded but if they want to charge me for both visits, they should be held to a very high standard of professionalism. The rest of the staff were lovely but I won't be going back.

Very helpful lovely staff and doctors all go out of their way to help. Our family has been going there for several years. we usually see Dr Ling Zeng and she is fantastic and follows up every thing.

I've been going here for four years and I love Dr Nadine Fisher. She remembers all my history and is always very friendly and helpful. The nurses are always great too. A few years ago the receptionists were really rude and horrible and I thought about moving doctors but because I liked Dr Fisher so much I stuck with it. They now have new receptionists who are so much better. The only thing I would say is that you always have to wait even if you make an appointment for a specific time. Perhaps they should look at extending their appointment times? Edit: I’ve since had a terrible experience at this practice and have moved to another local doctor. The difference is remarkable. I don’t know why I put up with rude receptionists, the occasional rude doctor, and late appointments for so many years!

Disappointingly, we were charged 75.00 for standard 4 year old vaccines today. We received a rebate, but the out of pocket cost was still 37.00. I’m still unsure as to how you can get away with charging the full-cost of a Doctor’s consult for a government-funded immunisation scheme. Not only is it unethical, it is at odds with other charges for the same service in the area. Port Melbourne Medical charges 15.00. Unfortunately we could not get a time that suits at our preferred clinic. We will not return here and I have posted to the Port Melbourne Families Facebook page to warn other families in the area to avoid this clinic.
