The provider during my telehealth was very helpful, thorough and understanding. They were able to get me in quickly for testing and get my results quickly. It was an easy process. It's nice to have some things be easy when everything else feels difficult the amidst a pandemic

It is upsetting that I lost out 160 for a mandatory COVID test for travel. I requested to have a PCR TEST because Brazil requires that. I did not feel like I was being heard and now I have to go back and pay another 160 to get tested AGAIN! Please, please, please, as many times as it take to get through their heads, let them know what test your paying for and repeat it back to them over and over! This is not acceptable.
