My last trip involved 3 items that I was looking for. A store associate asked if he could help. He stayed with me until I had everything I needed even though one item was not in his department. And that item (fiber optic audio cord - 25 ft) was not stocked with the more frequently sought after sizes. HE went and found it for me! True Customer service!!!!

Too many bait and switch ads online, out of stock items, unavailable items, etc. Too little expertise in the staff. A very poor shopping experience overall. It's sad how poor the American business model has become.

Really good spot, really friendly staff and they gave us some help. Not 5 stars because they misdiagnosed issue, which I fixed myself later. Not that big of a deal, we declined getting extra diagnostics. But good experience overall!!

We're not friendly. I was buying a laptop that was over 1000 and the person helping me I feel as if he didn't really believe me and kind of gave us half help and interest all around... Very let down

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Even if the parking lot is packed, you can still get great service quickly. I've been there twice recently for returns/order pickups and each time I was in and out in under five minutes. Staff helped me unload a TV from my car and carried it inside and was very polite!

I'm not particularly tech-savvy, I need an adapter for my Android phone. I showed the gentleman my phone and he sold me the wrong adapter. Not only was it not a fit for my phone, but it was also about 20 more than the one that did fit my phone. On another day I was looking at laptops, the store was relatively empty of customers, I was looking for 30 minutes trying to figure out wish laptop I like to, nobody came to see if they could help. I left and went to Walmart where I got bombarded with offers for help. I think because I look young that people assume I'm comfortable with technology. That's not the case. I've never really used technology, and in fact only got my first smartphone a little under a year ago.
