Great big store, lots of parking, and tons of deals and discounts. I got 7 books and 5 of then were marked down, so I got those 5 books for less than 30 combined. The other 2 books were new releases and on par with online prices. I'm not sure if it was just for Black History Month, but there was an African American history section which was great. The staff was also very friendly.

The pricing always scared me off from buying from here, but after I got a membership and started collecting Funko Pop products I realized the pricing is tolerable with the membership. So many discounts it's silly... not to mention the Funko Pop selection is phenomenal. And they're about 2 less than most other Pop locations in the Portland area.
I honestly used to love this place, but the service, book selection, and quality of experience have gone downhill. I'm mostly annoyed that there's constant pressure to join the Book Club membership despite the fact that I repeatedly say I'm not interested. As an avid reader, I love book stores and it isn't *terrible* here, but there are much better local stores in town a few miles away.

Hannah the manager is great. She was really understanding and helpful with my situation. The other staff were not as understanding. I recommend this store for anyone but if you need help see Hannah. Great store with bargain deals!
