This studio is a true place of health and healing. I have found nothing but positive personal growth and true compassion from the instructors. The owners who are amazing and dynamic are cherished by all the patrons and staff. I feel blessed to have connected with this community

Great experience every class. Classes are mentally stimulating and physically challenging. Studio is clean and bright. Looking forward to another visit.

Great experience, my first time doing yoga and I was scared to be pointed out as a new-bie and that never happened I blended with the class. I felt rejuvenated after the heated class, my stress disappeared and my abs and thighs got a great workout, highly recommend this place, clean, beautiful, friendly people if I could give it 10 stars i would

The class I attended was packed, which is theoretically not a problem but fellow students were not observing the dots and claiming extra space with their belongings. The studio was not enforcing their policy of lining up your mat on the sticker either. Overall felt very unfriendly as a new student, being unable to put my yoga mat all the way down. I ended up getting kicked in the head during the class too. The class itself was good, but the instructor didn’t offer any corrections or really personalize the class by, for example, complimenting or offering suggestions to people. (Maybe she didn’t know many people’s names? She didn’t make an effort to meet me or ask if I had any injuries/specific needs before the class. She checked me in but didn’t identify herself as the teacher.) There was live music which was a very nice touch. The cubby and coat area felt extremely packed since class was overbooked. Overall quite disappointed.
