I've officially had the opportunity to visit multiple PF locations. After doing so, I can safely say this is one of the MUCH nicer locations they have. The staff is very friendly, the gym area is always spotless and well maintained, and the showers are nicer than mine at home. Plus the price is right! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a safe place to work out and get fit

Got the cops called on me because I sat in my car for to long after leaving the facility! They told the police it was suspicious because my membership was from another state. Yes I'm traveling through but staff gave my info to police. I'm a paying black card member and I travel NEVER would I think a paying member who just used the gym would be treated like that! Thursday morning at midnight.

Judgement free zone?? Well then why was I judged by almost every staff member for bringing my child? Childhood obesity is a serious problem and my son is trying to lose weight. I understand I need to sign a waiver, but the harsh discrimination is entirely unnecessary! So they do judge you when you walk through the door, as much as they say they don't. ...oh yeah, no wifi, no sauna, and I think the showers are probably better in Cumberland County Jail.

Clean, spaced out, friendly knowledgeable staff. Lots of different machibe to ensure a full body workout. Tons of sanitizing stations. Love the new location and its open 24 hours a day during the week!!

Clean, modern equipment. Staff wear masks. My ear buds cut out a lot which doesn’t happen in Portland. Water pressure is terrible

Not stoked. I arrived at the South Portland gym at 7am this morning and no employees were in to open the gym. I wanted until 7:20 and left! I can understand a few mins late but this is unacceptable. Typically I love this gym, but this has really messed up my day and I do not appreciate it.
