The staff were wonderful, They made me feel welcome and relaxed. I get very nervous going for any treatment. Caitlin was kind and gentle as well as professional at all times. After a couple of days I could really see my appearance had improved and I am very grateful for their kindness as well as skilled personnel. I would highly recommend Skin Solutions of Maine. Mary

The staff at Skin Solutions have been outstanding! From the front desk, to the Estheticians, I have felt very well taken care of from my initial phone call. I can speak about the Fraxel laser and the HUGE results I have seen. I've had many procedures and treatments, and this has been the most bang for my buck treatment that I have done. I feel 10 years younger. I highly recommend the staff and equipment at Skin Solutions!

I had a scheduled appointment for tomorrow afternoon with Judy. It is a 3 hour one way drive for me and therefore I also scheduled additional appointments around this to make the best use of my time. I received a robot call earlier this week re-confirming my appointment. At about 4:00 pm today I received a call from your office indicated my appointment needed to be canceled. I certainly understand that if Judy had a death in her family I would be more than understanding to the cancellation. I was given no reason as to the cancelation which leads me to believe either a vacation day or poor management in scheduling is involved. To make matters worse, your practice manager was very unprofessional. I was informed I could not have my appointment rescheduled for at least a month and that this couldn’t even be nailed down at this time. I was not given your email address or voicemail upon my request. As one of the owners of this organization, I would think customer service is paramount, and means being considerate of your clients time. In my work, if I become aware of a service failure I go out of my way to make it right. Let’s see if your organization is willing or capable to do the same.
